Juan Antonio ÁLVAREZ REYES Critic and independent curator. He has been director of El Periódico del Arte (1997-2000), being reporter during the same period for The Art Newspaper, Le Journal des Arts and Il Giornalle dell’Arte. He has been the director of the Parraga Centre in Murcia (2002-2004). He has curated the following exhibitions: El yo diverso, Ciudades sin nombre, Escenarios, Mas vivas que muertas, Monocanal, Esfuerzo, Sesiones Animadas y Actions Tour / Michael ASBURY Art critic and historian, she was director the Third Issue of SITAC, addressed to resistance. She has collaborated with several magazines, such as Flash Art, Temaceleste and Art Nexus, in which she is advisory commitee. She is member of CURARE, Espacio Crítico para las Artes, where she coordinated the Volume 4 for the Hacia otra Historia del Arte en México / Oriana BADDELEY is Professor of Art History and Director of Research at Camberwell College of Arts, and also Deputy Director of UAL Research Centre TrAIN - Transnational Arts, Identity & Nation. She has written and published on contemporary Latin American art. Between 2001 - 2005, she has been working on a joint AHRB funded project on nation and identity, focusing on art and design of India, Mexico and Japan (University of Sussex, Chelsea College of Art & Design and Camberwell College of Arts). As a curator she organised the retrospective exhibition on Frida Kahlo at the Tate Modern in London, among others / |
