TEIXEIRA COELHO He is an art critic. He was director, from 1998 to 2002, of the Museu de Arte Contemporánea de São Paulo. He is Professor of Cultural Politics in the Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo and director of Idart - Departamento de Informação e Documentação Artística da Secretaria de Cultura da Cidade de São Paulo. VirginiaTORRENTE is an independent curator. From 1993 to 1999 she was curator and chief of exhibitions of the Colección Arte Contemporáneo, and between 2000 and 2003 she held the same position at the Museo Patio Herreriano de Valladolid.
