An installation consists of grouping together mediums, supports and objects with the aim of manipulating the space occupied, redirecting new meanings and emotions: I work with sensitive knowledge, that which enters through the senses. In the case of Rubén Ramos Balsa, the installations do not show – they do not act against anything, they do not collide – they simply let ideas fall, they signal the shine of the coincidence between representation and the mechanisms of the figuration of time, its surprise and immobility. Science obtains confirmation of something that is already there. It is as if he nudged the issues that concern everyone a few millimetres and everything remained in the same place. Installing?
